Nyze Media offers a variety of services including social media marketing, paid advertising, branding, content creation, and website development. Once a client agreement is signed and initial payment is received, our team will begin work according to the project timeline.

Service delivery includes:
* A discovery or onboarding session
* Project planning and strategy
* Regular updates and milestone reviews
* Final delivery as per the scope of work

3. Timelines
Delivery timelines are defined in the client agreement or proposal and may vary depending on the scope and complexity of the project. While we strive to meet all deadlines, unexpected delays may occur. Clients will be notified promptly if any adjustments are needed.

4. Revisions
Revisions are included as part of most service packages and will be specified in the contract. We offer a reasonable number of revisions to ensure client satisfaction. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.

5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely delivery, clients are expected to:
* Provide necessary materials (e.g., logos, branding guidelines, product images)
* Respond to communication promptly
* Approve drafts and give feedback in a timely manner

6. Cancellations
Clients may request to cancel a project by providing written notice. In such cases:
* A cancellation fee may apply depending on the stage of the project
* Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly
* Any deposits made are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed

7. Refunds
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided after work has begun. If you believe a refund is warranted due to non-performance or other valid reasons, please contact us to discuss the issue. We strive to resolve all concerns in good faith.
